What we collect
Through the entry form: your name, date of birth, gender, nationality, email address, mobile number, postal address, chosen distance, jersey size, club or team, and the name and mobile number of your emergency contact. Through the website: standard traffic data such as pages visited and approximate region.
Why we collect it
Entry data is used to register you, produce your race number and jersey, staff the aid stations and cut-offs, publish results, and contact you about the event. Emergency contact details are used only if you are involved in an incident during the ride.
Legal basis
Entry data is processed to perform the contract between you and the organiser. Marketing email is sent only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Emergency contact data is processed to protect vital interests.
Who we share it with
Timing and results providers, the medical and safety team, and the jersey manufacturer, each only to the extent needed to run the event. Payment is handled by the payment provider, who receives your payment details directly; the organiser never sees your card data. Data is not sold.
How long we keep it
Entry records are kept for the period required by tax and liability law and then deleted. Results are published indefinitely unless you ask for your name to be removed.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of it, deletion of it, restriction of its processing, and a copy in portable form. You may also object to processing and complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the cookies needed to make it work, plus privacy-friendly aggregate analytics that do not identify individual visitors.
