These terms govern entry to and participation in the event. By completing an entry you accept them in full.

Entry and eligibility
Entry is made online in advance only; there is no registration on the day. Riders must be at least 18 years old on the day of the event for the long distance, and at least 16 for the middle distance. Riders aged 16 or 17 need written consent from a parent or legal guardian, submitted before the start.
Entry fee and payment
A place is confirmed only once payment has been received. Entries are personal and are allocated in the order payment is completed. If the field limit is reached, entry closes immediately, including for entries that have been started but not paid.
Cancellation and transfer
Cancel more than 30 days before the event and 70% of the entry fee is refunded. No refund is available after that date. An entry may be transferred to another rider free of charge up to 14 days before the event, provided the new rider meets the eligibility conditions.
On the road
The event takes place on roads open to normal traffic. Riders must obey all traffic law and the instructions of marshals and police at all times. A working front and rear brake and a fastened helmet are compulsory. Riders who ignore these requirements may be removed from the event without refund.
Cut-offs and withdrawal
Published cut-off times are the latest time a rider may pass each point. Riders who miss a cut-off are withdrawn from the event and returned to the venue by the sweep vehicle at no extra cost. Riders may withdraw at any point by informing a marshal.
If the event cannot take place
The organiser may shorten, postpone or cancel the event where weather, road conditions, an instruction from the authorities or any other circumstance outside its control makes safe running impossible. In that case the refund arrangements set out above apply.
Changes to these terms
The organiser may amend these terms before entries open. The version published on this page at the time of entry is the version that applies.
